Website & Property Accessibility
It's important to us that our website is accessible and easy to use for everyone, and that we're honest about access at our historic property.
When building our website, our team followed the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA as a good-faith standard. If you have questions, concerns, or discover an accessibility issue, please contact us with specifics and the page involved — we'll make every reasonable effort to help.
Built in the 1890s as a bluff-side warehouse
Olde Harbour Inn was originally built as a warehouse and is registered with the Historic Savannah Foundation as an authentic historic property. Consistent with the architectural norms of the day — and the building's original purpose — there are many steps inside and out, and not all doorways and walkways are wheelchair accessible.
We do not have an elevator, and the Inn sits on historic Factors Walk, one of Savannah's famous cobblestone streets where wheelchair maneuverability is difficult. Some guests with mobility needs may find access challenging.
We offer bellman service to all guests and are very happy to provide bag assistance. If you prefer a historic hotel with an elevator, we're glad to help with reservations at our sister properties — The Marshall House, East Bay Inn, or The Kehoe House.
