No one likes to leave their best friend behind — that's why we're pleased to welcome your four-legged traveling companion. Thank you both for staying with us!
A few simple guidelines
Keeping every guest happy
While this is a pet-friendly property, it's our responsibility to ensure all guests are comfortable when pets are in house. These guidelines keep everyone — two-legged and four — happy:
- A $75 non-refundable pet fee covers up to two pets for your entire stay.
- Pets must never be left unattended in your suite unless crated.
- Please keep pets leashed in all public areas of the Inn and on Factors Walk.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on the property and around the neighborhood.
- Please use the designated relief areas and dispose of waste properly.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by their pet.
- If your pet's behavior disturbs other guests, we'll work with you on a solution for everyone's comfort.
